Nineteen years of making real operations work. Now pointed at websites.
I started in IT in 2007, in Portugal — first fixing registers and rolling out new systems for McDonald's, later running IT service teams for companies like Zomato, Host Hotel Systems and Eurofins. Nineteen years of the same core skill: turning messy, real-world operations into something that actually works.
Today I'm a ServiceNow Business Consultant at Plat4mation, and in February 2026 I moved from Portugal to the Netherlands to keep doing it at a bigger scale.
